As a Secretary, Sales you will report to the Director, Integrated Platform and Senior Manager, Sales Planning & Business Integration and support administrative and secretarial work.

Responsibilities:

Arrange and coordinate meetings, conference calls, activities, and team events;

Coordinate, follow up & tracking key projects related to Integrated Platform / Sales Planning & Business Integration;

Support the development and preparation of executive level communications utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word as needed;

Plan and organize travelling and logistics arrangements including visiting executives;

Prepare and submit travel and expense reports;

Administrative tasks including coordinating Outlook calendars, reading/routing e-mails, meeting minutes and office supplies;

Set up and manage effective share drive, filing and retrieval systems;

Back up other secretary if needed;

Support sales team administrative tasks as needed;

Basic Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in administrative assistant or executive assistant in multi-national company is preferable;

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in administration or secretary is preferable;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities without jeopardizing quality;

Ability to work well in a team environment, to collaborate and interface with team members internally and externally to the organization;

Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English;

Proactive, self-motivated, and culturally sensitive;

Flexible and embraces diversity of job tasks/varieties;
